KAM acted as project manager and employer’s agent on a pre-let Pemier Inn hotel in Wokingham town centre as part of one section of a £42 million regeneration scheme.
The hotel consists of 95 bedrooms, with a restaurant, bar and kitchen. The construction works included the fit-out works for the hotel as well as the base build construction.
The scheme was delivered to a high standard to comply with the exacting requirements of Premier Inn. The works involved significant coordination with other construction elements of the wider project, such as mixed-use and further retail elements, and demonstrates KAM’s ‘hands-on’ approach in engaging with varying stakeholders to deliver the project.
KAM continues to work with the developer on a number of projects and was specifically selected for this multifaceted scheme, displaying their ability to manage and deliver high profile, complex projects.
